On the Ellen show, Sheryl Crow said that this is what caused her breast cancer.
It has been identified as the most common cause of the high levels of dioxin in breast cancer tissue..

Sheryl Crow's oncologist told her: women should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.
The heat reacts with the chemicals in the plastic of the bottle which releases dioxin into the water. Dioxin is a toxin increasingly found in breast cancer tissue.
So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.

Use a stainless steel canteen or a glass bottle instead of plastic!

No plastic containers in microwaves.
No plastic water bottles in freezers.
No plastic wrap in microwaves.

Dioxin chemical causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
Dioxins are highly poisonous to cells in our bodies.
Don't freeze plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently the Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard.

He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating food in the microwave using plastic containers......
This especially applies to foods that contain fat.

He said that the combination of fat, high heat and plastic releases dioxininto the food.

Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Pyrex or ceramiccontainers for heating food... You get the same result, but without the dioxin..
So, such things as TV dinners, instant soups, etc., should be removed from their containers and heated in something else.

Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's safer to use tempered glass, such as Pyrex, etc.

He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the styrene foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons....

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Cling film, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave.
As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food..
Cover food with a paper towel instead. This is an article that should be sent to anyone important in your life

World Largest Sailing Yacht

If you have an affinity for yachting and $100+ million in disposable income, besides considering Roman Abramovich� Megayachts, the Maltese Falcon is all you. Should your preference lean towards a modest one week rental of the mega-yacht, it should only set you back about $600,000.

Although the Maltese Falcon is the largest sailing yacht in the world when measured on deck (LOD ?Length On Deck), at 305 feet in length, Eos is the largest private sailing yacht in the world overall (LOA ?Length Over All). The Maltese Falcon sports what is called a DynaRig, which means it is effectively a square rigger, and each of the three freestanding masts support six yardarms, which are connected rigidly to the mast.

The yacht 25,791 square feet (2,400 square meters) of sails are set between the yards in such a way that when deployed there are no gaps to the sail plan, enabling each spar� sails to work as a single airfoil. Unlike a conventional square rigger, the yards have a built in camber of 12%, and the sails are trimmed to the wind direction by rotating the entire mast, which is operated by a sail control system on the bridge. When not deployed, the mega yacht� sails furl right into the mast itself

For the rest of us aspiring mega-yacht owners that may never have the pleasure of boarding such a beautiful specimen, there are plenty of pictures to nod in disbelief at. Enjoy!

Malaysia's Most Haunted Places.

1. Highland Towers, Genting
The famous Highland Towers. In 1993, a whole block collapsed, leading to 48 deaths and from then on, multiple reports of hauntings and things that go bump in the night. Now, especially since that the apartment isn't exactly in the best shape and is surrounded by overgrown jungle, Highland Towers might just give you one heck of a shock the next time you're there.

2. Abandoned Bungalows, Bangsar
This location couldn't be pinpointed by the source over at a local online forum, but reportedly has djinn, pontianak, and other spirits haunting these Bungalows. There's a slew of the other stories around the abandoned bungalows, notably a story about a guard going crazy and murdering some children.

3. Kellies Castle, Perak
While there's never been a sighting at Kellies Castle, there are reports of doors opening and closing on their own, as well as piercing screams in the middle of the night. Creepy enough!

4. St. Michael's Institution, Ipoh
A school built in 1912 by Catholic missionaries, St. Michael's Institution was used as a base for the Japanese in WWII, and was also reported a torture chamber. Till this day, it's said a monk can be seen praying in the fourth floor chapel, headless. Yeah, seriously.

5. Karak Highway
The Karak Highway is home to numerous freak accidents and paranormal activity, with drivers reporting the invisible presence of 'another person' with them, whether it be a car or motorcycle. Beyond that, there's an urban legend of a yellow Volkswagen that may chase you on the highway- carrying a ghostly passenger.

6. Lady Templer Hospital, Cheras
Apparently haunted by a ghost of an old lady, the Cheras Policlinic (as it's also known) may be inhospitable for the intrepid ghost hunter- some eyewitness accounts place the ghost as unwelcoming to 'cari pasal' ghosthunters.

7. Villa Nabila, Johor Bahru
Situated on a hillside facing Johor's popular Danga Bay, Villa Nabila is prime property, which may lend credence to the stories that it's haunted, as a prime property house like that isn't commonly abandoned. Apparently the family home to a rich family, the house was robbed and the occupants killed, leading to it's current haunting at the hands of the restless souls within. Some intrepid ghost hunters have reportedly gotten 'lost' in the villa, only to escape at dawn, and no sooner.

8. Aeroplane Bungalow (Mona Fendy's house), Behind Leisure Point, Cheras
For those who don't know, Mona Fandey was a popular bomoh back in the 90′s, and reportedly used black arts to help many politicians achieve power. She was executed in 2001 for murdering politician Mazlan Idris in 1993 while conducting a ceremony to invest him with power. It's reported that Mona, along with her husband, had Mazlan lie down while they conducted a ceremony, before dismembering and partially skinning Mazlan. At her execution, she claimed "I will never die," and her house is supposedly haunted due to the black arts she practices there.

Pada anda yag tak berapa pasti Kidzania bertempat di Mutiara Damansara mudah sahaja untuk mengetahui di mana lokasi tersebut kerana ianya bersebelahan dengan pusat beli belah IKEA dan berhadapan dengan Hypermarket TESCO. Kalau nak mudah lagi cari bangunan yang ada kepala kapal terbang Air Asia terjojol di luarnya.

Sesampainya di bangunan Kidzania anda akan berasa kagum kerana design dan bentuk kaunter pendaftaran mereka seakan-akan lapangan terbang malahan ianya juga dinamakan dengan Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kidzania. Kenapa saya berkata sebegitu sebabnya pemandangan yagn biasa kita lihat di lapangan terbang dengan jam dari pelbagai negara tergantung di dinding bahagian pendaftaran mereka.

Harga tiket dikenakan pada kanak-kanak berusia dari umur 4-16 tahun sebanyak RM55 seorang dan 0-3 tahun RM35 seorang manakala parents RM35 seorang.

Di sini semuanya yang anak-anak kita impikan terdapat di sini. Tetapi sebelum anak-anak anda memulakan tugasan perlu di ingatkan yang mereka perlu menukarkan cek yang diberi sebelum ini ke dalam bentuk cash (kidzos) di bank CIMB yang telah disediakan di sini yang akan diselenggarakan oleh mereka yang bertugas.

Paramedic

Selesai mendapat wang mereka , mereka ditugaskan untuk mencari kerja bagi menambah wang yang mereka perolehi sebelum ini bergantung pada minat dan keseronokan mereka. Setiap pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan mereka akan dibayar gaji. Mudahkan??

Wang berkenaan juga boleh digunakan oleh mereka jika mereka ingin melanjutkan pelajaran di University Kidzania, belajar memandu kenderaan (mengambil lesen) dan membeli makanan atau minuman (buatan sendiri).

Di Kidzania anak-anak dilatih untuk hidup berdikari dan mempunyai self confident agar mereka lebih yakin dan dapat menitipkan nilai-nilai kesabaran, keharmonian, bantu-membantu dan berfikir secara logikal mengenai sesuatu tugasa yang mereka lakukan.

Terdapat dua sesi pada hari wiken hujung minggu iaitu sabtu dan ahad dimana sesi yagn pertama dari jam 10.00 pagi hingga 3.00 petang dan bersambung dari jam 4.00 petang hingga 9.00 malam.
